Get Involved – MDC Goldenrod

Connecting to the MDC Goldenrod Community

MDC Goldenrod works to create community with people of all abilities.  MDC Goldenrod provides services to individuals who have a developmental disability.  MDC Goldenrod celebrates the gifts and abilities of each individual even as we work together to overcome our disabilities.  MDC Goldenrod creates a place where people can belong.  A place were people can feel welcomed, supported and challenged.

This work of creating community is life giving.  It is also hard work.  It takes the helping hands of many people to succeed.  Without the gifts of prayer, time and resources the work of the MDC Goldenrod community would not be possible.  Yet thanks to the helping hands of so many, the MDC Goldenrod community continues to grow.

How are we growing?  What is going on at MDC Goldenrod?  Our Annual Report and quarterly newsletters can help shed some light on those questions.

While the Annual Report and newsletters provide snapshots of who we are, visiting MDC Goldenrod is probably the best way to really find out what we are all about.  If you have interest in visiting our community please give us a call 574-533-9720 and ask for Greg Sommers or email to [email protected] .  We are always glad to have visitors and to share the passion for the work we do!
